There is a very small chance that a more serious problem/cancer is causing your back pain. Spinal tumors can be the source of back pain. The chances of this being your issues are very small and should not even be considered until other (more likely conditions) are ruled out. Tumors can originate in the back or originate from a cancer elsewhere in the body. If conditions persist please don’t hesitate and consult a physician.
